The Darwin Project is a 501 (c)3 charitable organization
In keeping with the concept that acts of kindness can be small, personal and meaningful, DPI supported two small local projects. The Director designed and installed a UVC lighting system at the Martha’s Vineyard Hospital during the 2020 COVID crisis when there was a shortage of protective gear. Practitioners could leave their personal masks and coverings in the lit space when they went off shift, and use it again, in a sterilized condition.
DPI provided durable outdoor chairs and tables the Sarah Porter Elementary School in Alstead, NH in order for children could be taught outside when the weather permitted to minimize close exposure to the COVID virus and illness.
